We specialize in the molding and processing of precision
parts in the 40-ton class, delivering unparalleled quality
and assurance to our clients. Our expertise lies in the
molding of parts that require high dimensional accuracy,
such as gears and bearings made of polyacetal resin.

We meticulously investigate the causes of quality variations
and, through rigorous prototyping, have achieved mass
production of consistently molded products. While our
current dimensional tolerance is at 22 microns, we are
ambitiously targeting a reduction to less than 10 microns
in the future.

Our goal is also to improve weight stability from 0.07% to
less than 0.01%. Over the years, our company has proactively
introduced and reinforced information technology and IT
management. Recently, we have been actively advancing our
initiatives in AI and IoT.

As the era of AGI dawns, we remain committed as pioneers in
the molding industry, navigating the waves of change and

品質のバラツキ要因を徹底的に究明し、
試作を繰り返すことで、安定した成型品の
量産を実現しております。現行の寸法
公差は２２ミクロンですが、今後は公差
寸法１０ミクロン未満を目指して取り組
んでまいります。重量安定性も0.07%
から0.01%未満を目標としております。
弊社はこれまで積極的に情報技術や
IT管理の導入・強化を行って参りました。
最近では、AIやIoTへの取り組みも積極的に
