Compared to other open gate systems, Seiki’s “Spear System” has a unique independent gate heater, it improves gate opening during injection and provides superior molding start-up, improves continuous stable molding, achieves a better gate finish, faster cycle times, and superior temperature profile especially for super engineering plastics.
3. Our valve gate system has superior wear resistance resulting in a longer life and less service intervals than general valve gate systems. The systems are also available with our independent gate heater option eliminating hot spots and improving cycle time and product quality.
