Introducing "InertMask", a metal surface treatment technology that is ultra-thin at 0.3μm approx., but has high mold releasability.
This is a contract coating service that uses our in-house developed coating chamber to uniformly coat even small holes or metal parts with complex shapes.
Since there is almost no dimensional change, it can be applied directly to the mold you are currently using.
If you are having any trouble releasing resin from a mold or having dirt adhere to metal parts, please stop by our booth.
On the days of the exhibition, we will not only exhibit coated metal parts, but also demonstrate the releasability of resin and tape.

寸法変化がほとんどないので、今お使いの成形用金型にそのまま適用することも可能です。
金型からの樹脂の離型でお困りの方、金属部品への汚れの付着でお困りの方など是非ブースへお越しください。
当日はコーティングした金属部品の展示だけでなく、樹脂の離型性やテープの剥離性の実演も行います。
