We are mainly good at prototype parts and mass production in small quantities, ranging from one to several hundred pieces.As for the specifications of the mold, we use a simple mold and place the undercut part in a frame method to make the mold compact and take at least 2-3 weeks to try.We design and manufacture our own molds, mold and weld, attach nuts and parts, and then ship them with quality assurance.
We would like to propose the main materials of the mold considering resin materials and production numbers among zinc alloys, aluminum alloys, and steel materials.In addition, we handle not only molds but also resin and metal cuttings, so we accept orders from one piece first.
By conducting a preliminary examination using resin flow analysis, we also shorten the production period and model non-contact measuring instruments that do not have drawings or models, but only in kind.

1個から数100個までの主に試作部品や少量量産を得意としています。金型の仕様は簡易型を用いてアンダーカット部分は置きコマ方式を取ることにより金型をコンパクトにし製作期間は最短2～3週間でトライまで行います。自社で金型の設計から製作を行い、成形や溶着及びナットや部品の組付けた後、品質保証を付けて出荷致します。
金型の主材質は亜鉛合金、アルミ合金、鋼材の中から樹脂材や生産数などを考慮しご提案させて頂きます。また金型だけではなく樹脂や金属の切削品も取り扱っておりますので１個からお請け致します。
樹脂流動解析を使って事前検討をすることにより、更に製作期間の短縮に繋げることや、非接触式測定機にて図面やモデルがなく現物しかないものをモデル化し様々な工法にて再製作等も行っております。
