We developed SG weldless molding system. Mold flow analysis software predicts the weld position, and ceramic heaters included the mold realize rapid heating and cooling. It is an eco-friendly system that reduces the molding cycle and energy consumption.
We have blow molding machines and can provide various bottles. New bottle designs and its blow mold can be produced. We have the ABS 1-Step Inject Stretch Blow machine. Please check out brand-new designed bottles.
