We will exhibit a runner-less 4-stage injection Stack mold that is 4 times more efficient, 4 times more productive, and environmentally friendly. By using this mold without protruding runners, one molding machine can produce the amount of work equivalent to four molding machines. This mold won the 2022 Super Manufacturing Parts Award and the Environmental Resources and Energy Related Parts Award. In addition, we will exhibit a full-circumference inward undercut mold with an outer diameter of φ13 mm, an inner diameter of φ10.4 mm, and a minimum inner diameter of φ9mm.

我们将展示一款无流道4级多级注塑模具，效率提高4倍，生产率提高4倍，而且环保。 通过使用这种没有突出流道的模具，一台成型机的工作量相当于四台成型机的工作量。 该模具荣获2022年度超级制造零部件奖和环境资源能源相关零部件奖。 此外，我们还将展示外径为 φ13 mm、内径为 φ10.4 mm、最小内径为 φ9 mm 的全周向内底切模具。

４倍効率、４倍生産、環境負荷に優しいランナーレス４段多段式射出成形金型の展示します。このランナーの出ない金型を使用する事により成形機４台分の仕事量を成形機１台で生産することが出来ます。この金型は2022年超モノづくり部品大賞・環境資源エネルギー関連部品賞を受賞しました。他に外径φ１３ミリ、内径φ10.4ミリ最小内径φ9ミリの全周内方向アンダーカット金型を展示します。
