IPF Japan 2023 Exhibitors Profile

We have concluded an agency agreement with Guangdong Mizuken Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. (Dongguan City, Guangdong Province) in China, and have started selling the company's multi-functional mold cooling pipe cleaning machine "Mold Channel Cleaner" for the Japanese market from August 2019, which "effectively removes scale, calcium, and rust stuck in the cooling water channel of the mold for plastic molding, etc., by air blasting effect by mixing air with high-speed high-pressure water.As of June 2023, cumulative global sales have exceeded 1,200 units, and in the future, we expect further expansion of demand in the Japanese market, so we will exhibit and demonstrate the machine this time.
At the same time, as products unique to Nippo LTD, we utilize our own plastic molding technology and trading company capabilities to:
1) Products that work on adhesion and airtight sealing between metal and plastic
2) Products that utilize technology to create a liquid film layer using unique fine patterns.

我们与中国广东速研智能装备有限公司（广东省东莞市）签订了代理协议，并从2019年8月起开始向日本市场销售该公司的多功能模具冷却水管清洗机“模具通道清洁机”，该机“通过将空气与高速高压水混合，通过空气喷射作用，有效去除粘附在塑料成型模具冷却水通道中的水垢、钙和铁锈等。截至2023年6月，全球累计销量已超过1,200台，未来预计日本市场的需求将进一步扩大，因此本次将对该机进行展示和演示。
同时，作为日邦产业独有的产品，我们利用自己的塑料成型技术和贸易公司的能力：
1) 金属与树脂间的粘合、气密密封用产品
2) 利用独特的精细图案技术创建液膜层的产品

当社は、中国の広東水研智能設備有限公司（広東省東莞市）と代理店契約を締結し、”プラスチック成形等の金型冷却水路を高速高圧水に空気を混合したエア　ブラスト効果で、冷却水路内にこびりついた水垢、カルシウム、錆を効率的に除去する”同社製の多機能金型冷却管洗浄機「モールド・チャンネル・クリーナー」を2019年8月より日本市場向けに販売開始しております。2023年6月時点において全世界の販売累計1200台を越え、今後、日本市場でも更なる需要の拡大を見込み、今回機械展示とデモストレーションを行います。同時に日邦産業独自の製品として、自社プラスチック成形技術と商社機能を活かした、①金属と樹脂の接着・気密シールに取り組んだ製品　②独自微細パターンによる、液体被膜層の生成技術を利用した製品も展示します。
