Our company provides high-quality cutting trial plate materials using a unique method using injection molding. That is the laminated molded block obtained from the laminated molding method.
This is a laminated resin board material for cutting that is made by repeatedly injection molding one layer at a time from resin pellets using a proprietary mold. By cutting the laminated molded block L-cube™ into the desired shape during prototyping, it is possible to perform highly accurate quality evaluations before mold production, and design changes can be made based on the results. The laminated molded block "L-CUBE" shortens the development period and reduces development costs.
